ORLEN Synthos Green Energy (OSGE) is a company established by ORLEN S.A. and Synthos Green Energy S.A. The company is playing a leading role in the implementation of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) in Poland with the aim of contributing to the effective decarbonization of the power and heat sector and industry.

OSGE's mission is to build a fleet of BWRX-300 reactors, developed by a U.S.-Japanese company, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, which will become an important part of the country's energy mix, providing stable, emission-free electricity to Polish households and the industrial sector.

Recruitment process

Analysis of reports

Verification and selection of submitted applications. At this stage, we select the candidates with whom we will make contact.

Contact by phone

Telephonic contact with the selected group of candidates. Individuals who pass this stage will be invited for interviews.

Job interview

First meeting with the candidate. The aim of this stage is to gain a thorough understanding of the candidate's professional experience, their achievements, and future plans. It is also a time to assess the candidate's personality traits. During the meeting, knowledge tests may be conducted. Remember, a job interview is also an opportunity for candidates to gain a deeper understanding of our company.

Candidate evaluation

In exceptional cases (e.g. hard-to-fill position or numerous good candidates), an additional job interview is conducted, which is the final and deciding phase of the recruitment process. At this stage, a decision is made about the selection of candidates.
